The role of HCN Advisors
HCN Advisors support managers, practitioners and interagency teams by:
- providing guidance to Interagency Management Groups
- supporting services coordinators and teams with applications and plan development
- reviewing information before it is sent to the Application Panel or Plan Approval Panel and providing feedback on their decisions
- Guiding lead agency managers as the plan is implemented.
