The application process

The application process section provides information on everything you need to know about applying for HCN funding - whether or not to apply, the application process, and the Application Panel, who decide whether or not a young person meets the criteria for HCN funding.The Application Panel will approve, decline or defer applications. If the application is declined or defered, the lead agency manager will receive a phone call from the HCN Unit Manager to help clarify the decision.
