APPLICATION PANEL
The HCN Application Panel decides if an application meets the criteria for HCN funding.
The Panel is made up of experienced front line professionals nominated by the government agencies implementing the High and Complex Needs Interagency Strategy – Health, Education, and Child, Youth and Family. The members of the Panel bring a wealth of professional knowledge and experience, and are current practitioners.

INTERAGENCY MANAGEMENT GROUP
Interagency Management Groups:
- provide local leadership for interagency working
- build relationships across agencies
- facilitate access to existing services
- identify service shortfalls for the child or young person, including local information
- agree to apply for HCN funding
Managers working in this way benefit a wider group of children and young people than just those who might benefit from HCN funding.
